The Current Bookings screen in Eyelit MES displays information about users who are currently clocked in and their booking status. This screen can be used to view the activity of each operator (direct or indirect activities, or unbooked time).
By default all users are visible in the report. You can further filter the list by department, team, user group, clocked in status or activity.
The unbooked minutes displayed come from a system view that calculates unbooked minutes from the time of clock-in (attendance start).
When a user's default team is changed, they will need to clock out after the change is made and clock back in for it to reflect the change of default team in the view.
Being clocked in and being booked against a job are different. You can be clocked in without being booked on a job. When a user with a shift logs into the system they open an attendance record (clocked in), which is when the current bookings view snapshots the user information for that report.
It is possible to clock users out from the Current Bookings screen. The user performing the action must have the Influence Other User Bookings permission.
Note that the Cycle Data toggle needs to be set to off if you do not want the grid to refresh every few seconds and change to next page of the report. Turn it on again to automatically cycle through the report pages.
